Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods that you have ordered any time up to the end of the seventh working day from receipt of goods.   Goods should be sent back to our contact address at your own cost and risk.

If the goods are not faulty a charge of 20% or £5 (whichever is greater) will be deducted as a handling/restocking fee and the remainder refunded to you on receipt by us of the goods and in any event within 30 days.

If the goods are faulty they must be returned as soon as possible so that we may carry out inspections and evaluations. If we find the goods are faulty we will replace or offer a full refund. Goods that have been subject to modifications, alterations or subjected to damage will not receive a credit or replacement.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.   

If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop your order from being dispatched and refund you in full. Please remember that we process orders received before 14:00 GMT time the same working day.

If your order has already been dispatched or you have received your goods before you cancel your order then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk and our returns policy will be applied.

No goods should be returned without first obtaining authorisation and a reference number.
