Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK, to Europe and Worldwide using UPS and Royal Mail services.

All orders received before 14:00 GMT time on a working day* will be processed and dispatched the same working day* provided no additional security checks are required and all goods are available from stock.

Once your order has been dispatched you should expect to receive your goods within 1-5 working days, dependant on the service selected. European & International deliveries may take substantially longer. All of our delivery services require a signature on delivery.

*A working day is any day other than weekends, bank holidays or other public holidays. Our offices and warehouses are also closed throughout the Christmas & New Year period so no orders will be processed or dispatched from 22nd December 2009 to 3rd January 2010 inclusive.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is as important to us as your business; therefore any information we collate is used for our own purposes and never disclosed to third parties, other than when order details are processed as part of order fulfilment i.e. for goods delivery purposes. When shopping with Power Chargers Online you have the option to complete the transaction via SagePay GO, PayPal or Google Checkout all three services securely encrypt your card details during transport over the internet so no one can access your card information.

Should you still not be happy to place an order online we are able to accept payment by cheque, simply follow the online order process to select your goods & provide billing/shipping information then check the Cheque payment method & send your cheque into our address with a copy of your order! 

We are currently unable to accept orders over the phone.

Returns & Replacements

If you need to cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop your order from being dispatched and refund you in full. Please remember that we process orders received before 14:00 GMT time the same working day.

Should you need to return goods to us for any reason you may do so within 7 working days of receiving the goods, for a refund* (*terms apply), items should be returned in their original packaging and a saleable condition. All returns should include a copy of the original order paper work and include our returns authorisation number.

We reserve the right to refuse goods returned without prior consent in accordance with the terms and conditions of internet trading.

Ordering

Placing an order with Power Chargers Online could not be easier, simply browse our site adding goods to your cart. When happy with your selection click on Checkout and you will be asked for the details required to complete the order. 

Once you have placed an order you will receive an e-mail confirming full details. Upon dispatch another e-mail will be sent advising so with a link to tracking details.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We have four methods of payment for your convenience. We take payments online via SagePay, PayPal and Google secure payment systems. With these services we have no access to your credit card information and the card details are transported ENCRYPTED to and from your bank for authorisation.

If you still do not feel safe making payments online we also have the option to go through the order process online but post a copy to us with a cheque rather than giving your payment details online. The latter method does however delay your order processing as funds would have to clear before the order could be dispatched; we would keep you informed throughout the process of course.

We are currently unable to accept orders over the phone.

All prices displayed are in £ sterling and inclusive of UK VAT but exclude delivery.
Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate at time of purchase; if an error is found we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the correct price, or cancel. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 7 days of informing you we will automatically cancel the order.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if we feel necessary, in which case we will e-mail you to let you know.  We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Please Note: If you are purchasing using an international credit card they will apply their own conversion rate which we have no control over.

Viewing Orders

When you place an order as a guest you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with full details. Upon dispatched you will receive a second automated e-mail with a link to allow you to track your order.  Should there be any delay to your order due to stock being unavailable a member of our customer services team will contact you to advise.

Registered users may login to their My Account facility at any time to view the status of their orders, both past and current; they will also be kept up to date with outstanding orders in the same way as Guest users.

Updating Account Information

Registered users have the ability to view and update their account information when logged in. In the My Account area they will be able to make changes to their contact information, regularly change password, subscribe/unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters, add to address book (for shipping to multiple family members & friends) and view product reviews and tags.
